Brent Allan Rose

Attorney At Law

Brent Allan Rose has masterfully, creatively and intelligently represented clients in high profile civil and criminal proceedings for over 20 years. Formerly a prosecutor with the State’s Attorney’s Office, Mr. Rose was advanced to Lead Prosecutor of the White Collar Crime Division during his seven year tenure. His gift for winning trials began early in his career when he lead the Stetson Law School Trial Team to its first ever National Competition, competing in the finals for the national championship, and then, after graduating, coaching the Trial Team to the National Competition, winning 1st Place. He was the first student at Stetson Law School to receive the prestigious Order of the Barrister, a tradition
that continues today for only one outstanding law student each year. He was also in the first group of four students to be inducted into the American Inns of Court. Mr. Rose uses his extensive litigation experience for high profile criminal, civil and high asset divorce trials, volunteers with the Stetson Law
School Mock Trial Team, and consults with staff attorneys during closed-door case strategy meetings.  Membership: The Florida Bar; Hillsborough County Bar Association, Family, Criminal and Civil Divisions; The Family Law Inns of Court and the Brandon Bar Association, where he serves as President.

Yvette Rodriguez-Nieves

Administrator, Paralegal for Anton Legal Group

Yvette is a graduate from The City University of New York, The Borough of Manhattan Community College Campus, with two Associate in Science Degrees one in Business Administration and the other in Legal Assisting.  She is also a graduate from Hillsborough Community College with an Associate in Science in Paralegal Studies. She is currently attending Saint Petersburg College to obtain her Bachelors in Science in Paralegal Studies. Upon graduation she plans on attending law school and has hopes of becoming an attorney.

She has worked in Bankruptcy, Family, Immigration and Real Estate Law for the past 24 years.  She has held the position of Paralegal, Office Manager and Firm Administrator at various law firms.  She is also a Notary Public, Certified Signing Agent and Licensed Real Estate Agent.

Yvette was a member of Phi Theta Kappa, The National Honor Society of Two Year Colleges, and became the Parliamentarian and Vice President of Leadership for her chapter. She was also a Senator in the Student Government Association while in college. In addition, she was granted the honor of becoming a member in Lambda Epsilon Chi, The National Honor Society in Paralegal/Legal Assistant Studies and Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. She is currently a member of The National Notary Association, and The National Association of Professional Women.

Her hobbies are word puzzles, solving mysteries, her various pets and church events.

 

Arielle Alexis Manresa

Law Clerk for Anton Legal Group

Arielle is currently a student at The Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Tampa Bay in her 2nd term. She ranks in the top 20% among her classmates and anticipates graduating in 2015. Arielle is also a 2011 graduate of the University of North Florida where she a received a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Science with a Major in Political Science and a Minor in Religious Studies.  Arielle was a Quest Merit Scholarship recipient during her undergraduate studies and achieved Dean’s List status several semesters.

At the firm, Arielle contributes her research and writing skills, as well as assists Attorney Brent Rose on his cases.  Arielle has worked in Family Law, Criminal Law, Bankruptcy and Corporate Real Estate.

Arielle currently sits as the Brandon Bar Association Chair of the Student Board.  She plans on becoming involved in Cooley’s Trial Team and becoming active in the Inns of Court. During her undergraduate studies she was active in the National Cutting Horse Association, Student Government, College Republicans, and Campus Ministry.

On her spare time she likes to ride horses and go boating with friends and family!
